Environment: Feds assess impact of Pawleys groin on sea turtlesConstruction of a 205-foot-long rock-and-concrete groin at the south end of Pawleys Island is likely to have an adverse effect on sea turtle nesting, according to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
